Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of high-quality instructional materials and e-learning content. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, learner-centered experiences aligned with instructional objectives and audience needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop instructional materials and digital learning content.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
3. Apply instructional design models and best practices to ensure effective learning outcomes.
4. Develop storyboards, scripts, and structured learning pathways.
5. Integrate multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
6. Review, edit, and improve existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
7. Ensure alignment between learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities.
8. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards. - Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 2–4+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
3. Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
4. Proficiency in LMS platforms and course authoring tools.
5. Experience in multimedia integration and storyboarding.
6. Strong research, writing, and content structuring skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
