Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for facilitating hands-on learning experiences, ensuring participants gain practical skills in an interactive and supportive environment. This role requires strong communication skills, high energy, and the ability to create an impactful learning experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver engaging and structured online coding sessions to school students.
  2. Simplify technical concepts and ensure age-appropriate delivery.
  3. Create an interactive virtual learning environment.
  4. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Collaborate with the academic team to maintain content quality and consistency.
  6. Represent the organization professionally in a national-level project.
• Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience.
  3. Strong understanding of coding fundamentals and programming concepts.
  4. Experience delivering online sessions is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for school students.
  7. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
