Welcome to Armstrong! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Armstrong’s websites, mobile applications, and services (“Services”), operated by Armstrong LLC and its affiliates. 1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old or have appropriate parental consent to use the Platform.
- Parents or legal guardians must be 18+ to register on behalf of a child.
2. User Accounts

- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Armstrong reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. License and Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for educational purposes. You may not:
- Share your account credentials
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content
- Circumvent security feature
4. AI-Powered Services
Armstrong uses AI systems such as the Virtual Teacher and AI Personalizer to provide personalized learning, recommendations, and interactive support.
- These features are assistive tools and not a substitute for human instructors.
- AI responses are for guidance and should be verified by an educator when applicable.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription Access
- Your subscription defines what content and features you can access.
- Armstrong controls the pacing (e.g., 1 lesson every 3 days) based on roadmap and age appropriateness.
- Your subscription is personal and may not be shared.
- Billing
- Payment is required in advance for monthly/annual access.
- Armstrong accepts secure payments via credit/debit cards.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
- Refunds are not issued for partial use or cancellation.
- Trial and Promotions
- Promotional codes or trial offers are subject to availability and terms.
- Misuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
6. Toolkit & Hardware Purchases
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete toolkit, report it within 48 hours with supporting evidence.
- Replacements may be sent after verification.
- Toolkits are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including video lessons, course materials, software code, logos, and AI responses are owned or licensed by Armstrong.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission.
- Feedback submitted to Armstrong may be used without obligation.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Platform for advertising or spam
- Tamper with the code, systems, or APIs
- Disrupt service availability or access unauthorized areas
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Armstrong disclaims liability for:
- Losses due to use or inability to use the Platform
- AI decisions or educational outcomes
- Equipment damage, injury, or misuse of hands-on materials without adult supervision
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Armstrong against any claims arising from your use of the Platform, including misuse of AI features, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will remain available indefinitely. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Abuse platform functionality or AI features
- Endanger other users or Armstrong systems
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, where Armstrong is headquartered, and may also align with relevant international education and privacy laws. Disputes will be resolved under Egyptian jurisdiction.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
